Dave Paramor – the chef behind Function Caterers, The Eatery, and Noodle & Bean Catering Ltd – qualified as a chef 25 years ago. His catering skills have taken him across the world – working in Oxford, London, Brisbane and Perth in Australia before returning to the Isle of Man.
With a passion for people, food and flavour, Dave believes that everyone wants to eat better.
His ethos continues with the company’s choice of ingredients.
